PLANTATION VILLA
The spacious, 4,000+ square foot villa has several
verandahs - all with spectacular views! The Great
Room/kitchen is fully equipped and is decorated with original murals
depicting the island's culture, painted by a native artist. A
verandah / dining area is set amid papaya, banana, and mango trees.
There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with extra sleeping
facilities-two large day beds in the Great Room and one single bed
can be placed in a few different locations. The upstairs suite
has a private bath, and verandah (sundeck), as well as an
observation tower. The two main floor bedrooms also have their own
bathrooms, verandah and porch areas.
SUNSET VILLA
EAST
This multi-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa
is set on a point above the water and enjoys breath-taking views of
Tortola, St. John, St.Thomas and other islands. The Great Room has a
raised, fully equipped kitchen, eating counter / bar and 2 adjoining
decks for eating or lounging. The bedrooms are on two separate
levels, each having its own bathroom and private deck areas. There
are amazing views and calming tradewind breezes throughout the
villa. An outlook gazebo on the lower terrace is perched
directly above the water and provides a unique vantage point for
sunrises and sunsets. There is a large futon in the Great Room which
can be used for an additional sleeping facility.
SUNSET VILLA WEST
The one bedroom villa is also set on a point and
has spectacular, panoramic views of the British and U.S. Virgin
Islands as well as White Bay. This is the ideal place for a couple
to enjoy their vacation. The villa has a separate, fully equipped
kitchen, large bathroom and a walk-around deck. A large deck
overlooks the water and is the spot for eating, reading or doing
nothing!
SEASIDE COTTAGES
These
newly built, private, stand-alone, one bedroom villas are overlooking
beautiful White Bay and have striking and amazing views of White Bay
and the US Virgin Islands. These villas are in a natural setting, are perfect for a couple, and
are equipped with all the amenities of a remarkable vacation home.
Each Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, deck and
separate sitting room. It’s a perfect vacation spot that is on a private path next to the beach!

JOST VAN DYKE
  A small island
(4mi. x 1.5 mi.), on the Northern portion of the British Virgin
Islands. Population of the island is approximately 130 total.
There are three bays, all facing south, and White Bay is the western
most and least inhabited. Serenity and sunsets! "White Bay was named
by Conde Naste Traveller Magazine as one of the 10 best beaches in
the world"! Great Harbor, just a 15 minute walk, is the "metropolis"
of the island and has a Customs house, ferry dock and several bar /
restaurants, "Foxy's" being the most famous. Most of the island's
residents live there. Recently, a bakery, laundry, island boutique
and small market have opened. At the eastern end of the island is
Little Harbor, where there are three bar / restaurants. The beauty
is stunning, the breezes constant, and the natives are friendly. We
can arrange scuba diving, sport fishing, wind surfing, nature hikes,
a dinghy or Jeep, and day trips to other islands (Virgin Gorda,
Tortola, St. Thomas, St. John, etc.) or a "Gilligan's Island" style
picnic lunch on a nearby, but remote
Cay.
