surface. JOST VAN DYKE SCUBA AND BVI ECO-TOURS operates the local diving spot. On their modern dive boat, arrange private charters to any
dive site in the BVI or join in the existing groups. Fast and smooth, they are able to take you and your friends on scuba, snorkeling
or site seeing charters. Much of the diving is in water of less than 80 ft, with the reefs in excellent condition. The dive boat is fully
equipped with
onboard gear.

"Spent a total of 4 days with Capt. Colin who finished Deirdre's PADI SCUBA certification and also took us out to
Virgin Gorda with another couple. Colin was a blast! His knowledge of the area and what it has to offer made the difference between a good
trip and a great one. He's got good stories too.
We are already trying to rally our closest friends to schedule another trip of drinking and diving, (not in that order). When we get close

BUBBLY POOL
Featured in photos around the World, the "Bubbly Pool" " is still a closely guarded secret of Jost Van Dyke!!! Nature's Jacuzzi, this naturally formed tidal pool is located behind jagged cliffs facing the open ocean coming from the North. When the North swell is up, this is absolutely a National Geographic experience as you wade in the pool and fearfully watch as the rolling sea comes at you with full force!!! Just at the last second as it looks as if the wave will go straight over you, the unique formation outside the pool prematurely breaks the wave and the resulting "bubbles" fill up the pool and give everyone a reason to be glad to be alive!!! The Bubbly Pool is a place that makes everyone smile. It is a short hike from the beach on the east end of the island. You will hike through Mangroves, hills of wild Sage, and a little amateur rock climbing. For the more adventurous, serious free-style rock climbing affords unbelievable photo opportunities of the whole area as well as a visit to the "Eagle's Nest" and to the "Mighty Blow Hole".
FISHING
World class fishing is right at your fingertips in the British Virgin Islands. Just 17 miles north of Jost Van Dyke, is the famous North Sea Drop which claims the highest number of Blue Marlin strikes per day of anywhere in the world. It is also the second deepest ocean depth in the Atlantic. Swarms of Wahoo, Dolphin Fish, Tuna (black and yellow fin), Sailfish, White Marlin and Kingfish hungrily feed around the Islands of the BVI's. Or you can just throw a line and fish off the shore! White Bay Villas is centrally located to provide you access to the finest Caribbean Fishing.
RENT A DINGHY FOR A DAY
The southern shore line of Jost Van Dyke is a great area to take a dinghy for the day and visit the smaller neighboring islands. Take a picnic lunch or visit a nearby restaurant, hike and snorkel on your own island adventure.

HIKING AND NATURE WALKS
Jost Van Dyke is loaded with nature trails, used by man and goat, and extends over the entire island. Jeep excursions are a good way to see the island. We can also arrange guided tours and picnics.

JEEP RENTALS
Explore our island. Jost Van Dyke recently built roads to parts of the island which you could not access before. You will find incredible vistas, stunning views and friendly locals. Pack a picnic and enjoy your day.

Regularly scheduled ferry services from Great Harbor are available to:
Tortola - 20-30 minute voyage
St. Thomas - 45-60 minute voyage
St. John - 30-40 minute voyage

"Just wanted to drop a line and say how wonderful the Cottage was.
Everything was as advertised, something unusual these days, and the info packet that Bonnie
supplied was dead on. Ira Moses was most helpful for our trip to and from the Airport. Also
the recommendation for a jeep rental was perfect and well within reason on rates. We could
not believe the dinning, five star dinning beach side without all the formality. Truly
culinary ecstasy. We can honestly say that this was the best vacation we've ever had and would and will
